I was sorry to learn of Glen's passing. He was a "class" act and I always enjoyed my conversations with him as a fellow CPA.

I was saddened to hear of Glen's passing. He was always so kind when I saw him at Padgett functions. May God comfort and strengthen you, Nancy and Michelle, and the rest of the family.

Nancy, We were so saddened when we saw Glenn's obituary in the Knoxville paper. He seemed to be improving and in such good spirits when we last saw him in the office. He was a really good man and I will miss our bantering back and forth. God Bless.

We were terribly shocked and saddened to learn of the loss of Glen on Monday. Please accept our deepest condolences, Nancy. You and Glen were much more to us than folks who kept us honest with the IRS, we considered you our friends and remember with fondness meeting you at the LizBeth Art Gallery in 1998. You were always kind to us and full of good humor. When we left Knoxville to follow our family to Dallas, it was sorrowful to have to say goodbye. You are in our hearts, Nancy. With all our love, Ted and Thale

My deepest sympathy to the Porter family, Glen was my boss at Southwire in the 1970's, he was a great boss and Christian man, he's now singing hymns in God's choir. We had lots of good conversations about our children, Kevin, Mischelle and Jody (his kiddos, they were small then), I missed him so much after he moved to Carrollton, GA., RIP Glen. Precious brother. I will miss you more than words can express. I love you and consider you my real hero. You were a warrior fighting until your last breath, never giving up. I know we all looked forward to that new kidney, but now you don't need it. Your life now is where we all look forward to being....with Jesus, and you are all healed. Until I see you again, you will be part of my every thought. Love you sooooo much. Rest easy now brother
